You can get up to 20 hours of use before needing to recharge them.
Can I use the insoles in any type of shoe?
Absolutely! The insoles are compatible with most of your favorite brands. Just keep in mind that if the shoe has a softer sole, the slope readings may vary depending upon how your weight shifts.
How do you calibrate the insoles?
Calibration is easy and can be done through a section in the app. We recommend calibrating each time you put your shoes on for the best results.
What happens if my shoes get wet?
No worries! The sensor modules inside the insoles are rated IP-67, which means they can be submerged in up to 3 feet of water for 10 minutes without any issues.
Is there a weight limit for using the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are designed for users weighing up to 330 lbs (or 150 kg).
Do your insoles work on every type of green?
Yes, they work on any surface. Just make sure to enter the correct stimp for accurate aiming results.
How do I turn the insoles on/off?
The insoles automatically enter sleep mode when inactive and turn back on with any movement. However, if left in the trunk of your car, they may eventually drain the batteries due to the movement while driving, as they will keep switching on and off.
What version of iOS or Android do I need to be running?
For iOS, version 17 or higher; for Android, version 13 or higher.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
You will need a smartphone to use the app.
Does your app work on a smartwatch?
The current version of the app is only compatible with mobile phones.
How do I charge the sensors?
The sensor modules magnetically attach to the included charger, which can be plugged into any USB-C port.
Can I use the sensors in my shoes without the insoles?
No, that's not possible.
Can I transfer sensor access/ID to someone else?
No, the end user cannot do this. You’ll need to contact customer service to unlink the sensors from one account and activate them on a new account.
Can I have more than one account per pair of sensors?
No, each account must have its own pair of sensor modules to prevent mixing data between different users.
